Our app does not collect any personal data. All data generated or stored by the app is unique to the user and is stored locally on the user's device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any data to external servers or third-party services.
Data Usage
Since all data is stored locally on your device, it is only accessible to you. We do not have access to your data.
Data Retention
Your data is only retained on your device and will be deleted if you uninstall the app. We do not retain any data on our servers.
Third-Party Services
Our app uses the Canvas Learning Management System (LMS) API to provide functionality such as accessing user-specific assignments, courses, and other educational data stored in Canvas. Canvas is a third-party service that is hosted and maintained by Instructure, Inc.
When you use our app to access your assignments or other data from Canvas, the app requires you to authenticate using your Canvas API key. This authentication is handled through Canvas's own authentication process, and the app only accesses data that belongs to you, based on your unique API key.
Your Choice and Control
- Canvas API Access: Using the Canvas API is entirely optional. You can choose not to use this feature, in which case your app will not access any Canvas data.
- No Data Collection by Us: We do not collect or store any of your data from Canvas on our servers. All data is stored locally on your device.
We do not share or transmit any Canvas data to external servers or third-party services. Your Canvas data stays between your device and Canvas, and we do not have access to it beyond the functionality necessary for the app to work.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this privacy policy in the future to reflect any changes in how the app functions or other relevant legal changes. Any changes will be posted here, and the revised date will be updated at the top of the policy.
